Roy Vazquez Great , I first went over a year ago with a policy from another ins company for a year . I was told to keep it. When I received my renewal the price didnt look right to me so, once again I swing by and have them take a look. Now I have two vehicles on my policy 1:PIP & 1: Full coverage my renewal for a year 24 hundred dollars, they found the same coverage for me but just for six months 650 dollars. Fantastic Ladies hard at work for you !

Wynn Newingham Robin with the Ormond Agency is AMAZING! If you call, he answers. If you have a question, hell help you. If you have a high rate, hes going to find a better policy to help you lower it (or at least tell you that you have something good)! I first started working with Robin last year when we ended up in a bind with our home insurance company leaving the state. Robin was swift to find us a policy and made sure we had the right coverage (which we did not prior). A year later, Im still a happy customer - and now have moved on to car insurance. With my policy creeping up in pricing, I reached out to Robin to see if there was anything better out there. Guess what...there was, and I knew the answer within the same day of asking! THANK YOU ROBIN FOR ALL YOU DO!

C N Back in 2010-2011, I had some issues as well. There were agent changes etc. but since then, I have had nothing but great things to say. If it werent for Keesha being who she is and showing awesome customer service.. well, if she left, it wouldnt be the same without her. She deserves a raise in my book. Any questions i have ever had about my account, or if I "forget" to pay my membership dues, she has always called me to remind me. Either it was coming due or simple "I know you must have forgotten to pay it online" She handles her self with diginity and shows respect to anyone she comes in contact with. Well done!

Pruitt Dentistry Scott and Heather from Kiefer Insurance are both top notch at their jobs. Scott is so kind, professional and takes time to make sure you understand your insurance plan. If he feels you would benefit from a switch in plans he will explain and compare your options very thoroughly. Heather is professional and very sweet. She is good at her job and you can tell she loves what she does. She is fast and efficient when it comes to answering your questions or getting information back to you. Excellent office.

Adrianne Wilson I’ve had my insurance here for a few years now. Still to this day, I’ve never received the personal care like I have at Fero Insurance. Amber has been there 15 years, she’s extremely knowledgeable and honest too!! They will tell you if they can’t save you money with them and not try and talk you into less coverage just to get your business. I fully trust them!! Highly, highly recommend. You will not find this service at any other agency!

Brianna Kraus We have used this group for several years. All the staff is amazing. But we always use angel Alberti she is such a blessing a literal angel. I can’t count the times she has had to deal with my frazzled stressed out husband at the DMV but she always stays so positive calm and collected.
