I work with them for my homeowners and my car insurance and with policies always changing in Florida, having an agent I can trust and who i know is doing the right thing for me gives me total peace of mind (which is priceless :). I started my relationship working with Robin, and have since also worked with Suzanne and Lauren and they are all excellent at what they do! They share information, work as a team and even though they are a busy office, they really make me feel as if I am the number 1 priority. Javier and Todd have also helped me from time to time and no matter who I work with I always receive great service. Highly Recommend this team!! 5 Stars!!

Christian Devinny Anna Marcos was unprofessional and deceitful in that she promised to lower my existing rate with Progressive by $30 per month due to my safe driver status. When she wrote the new policy it was not the same coverages as the previous, it did not have an accurate miles per year selection and it had my spouses name spelled wrong. In addition there was an error on her part with either the banking or routing number to deduct from my account as my bank says NO ATTEMPT WAS EVER MADE to withdraw funds by progressive, and my policy was CANCELLED because of this. Instead of calling me due to the billing issue. I have had to establish a new policy that has cost me MORE than i was paying before. Anna was very defensive when i called, did not offer to correct the issues as a professional insurance agent should. Now this veteran has to pay more than when i stepped foot in her office. Im very unhappy with Copeland Insurance.
