1 /5 Christian Devinny: Anna Marcos was unprofessional and deceitful in that she promised to lower my existing rate with Progressive by $30 per month due to my safe driver status. When she wrote the new policy it was not the same coverages as the previous, it did not have an accurate miles per year selection and it had my spouses name spelled wrong. In addition there was an error on her part with either the banking or routing number to deduct from my account as my bank says NO ATTEMPT WAS EVER MADE to withdraw funds by progressive, and my policy was CANCELLED because of this. Instead of calling me due to the billing issue. I have had to establish a new policy that has cost me MORE than i was paying before. Anna was very defensive when i called, did not offer to correct the issues as a professional insurance agent should. Now this veteran has to pay more than when i stepped foot in her office. Im very unhappy with Copeland Insurance.

1 /5 Rosa Perez: I was sitting inside this office for 1 hour waiting for the agent to see me the girl upfront was a sweet hart and it’s pretty sad to see how the OWNER MS COPLAND treats her screaming and shouting across the room to this girl disrespecting her and calling her names like a your dumb or Deaf, After coming in this owners office was chaos papers everywhere, including the floors, coffee on the walls total mess and this should be a professional working space definitely not coming here anymore horrible horrible place!!!! Do not recommend

1 /5 tim davis: The only reason 1 Star is because it won’t allow you to give ZERO Stars… First of all stay away from this insurance company. The owner Mrs Copeland is UNSTABLE! I was in this office Monday with an issue I returned late Wednesday to see what was going on with my issue. When I asked her she got all disrespectful and started screaming at me yelling “ we are done get out how dare you call me a liar” which I didn’t I didn’t I just asked her for a point of contact on who she spoke to . She stood up got a stick from behind her desk and chased me out of the office. Crazy I immediately knew she wasn’t right mentally or off her MEDS. This lady isn’t right in the head. I should have read these reviews along with the YELP reviews prior to doing business with her. I’m reporting her to the State this lady is crazy and should not be dealing with peoples insurance . Read all reviews before you go in there read YELP to. Stay AWAY.

1 /5 Miguel Reyes: Was waiting in the office for almost 1 hr while the agent just wasted almost 30 minutes gossiping about their life. You could hear everything they talked and not one time was it about anything about their insurance. Wasted my time so she can catch up, do that on your own time. Ridiculous.

1 /5 Menelik Smith: I called on behalf of a customer to get their insurance info. I’ve never had a “insurance agent” be so rude and unwilling to help someone with a policy already. The woman kept insisting that she was closed even though the Google info states, she closed in an hour. When i mentioned that to her she cursed and hung up. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to this insurance company and whatever the parent insurance company is, shame on you guys for allowing this woman to be an agent under your umbrella.
