Cici Abel I spoke with a agent named Tiffany and she was amazing we were having some technical difficulties on my part and she still helped me as much as she could. Most people would’ve got fed up or distracted but she was very cool and professional with everything. I said she needs to get promoted but she stated she loves her job so I hope the least they could do is give her a raise. Genuinely I wasn’t ready to make a decision about getting my own health insurance being that I’m 18 but she made the process very smooth and understanding.
