Tiffany Cruz Update 2 years later : Between Marc and Shelly I have had the best and easiest experience with this company! With how many cars I can flip flop through in a year buying used, fixing up, registering for a couple months and then selling it,... I literally just text them and they will handle it, mostly asap unless busy with other things but still done by the next morning. I would give 10 stars if I could! Marc is an awesome agent to have!! Polite, quick, and the absolute best price out there by far! Definitely call and ask for Marc!!

Scott Schimpf So wow--Patrick McKee is working on several quotes for us and actually responded throughout the evening, until 11 pm, with helpful feedback and answers on questions we had with very quick turnaround. We have been more than impressed with Patrick, his team, and the value of their offerings. They are thoughtful, responsive, and were the best price on various homes we have insured through them. Exceptional!

Gil Harris Scott and his team are the greatest. I went with Gilliland Insurance Group with my homeowners insurance for my new construction home In Sept 2020. Scott is very responsive and just a good all around agent. He made sure I had the best deal available for my situation, and also made sure I understood every part of my police answering all my questions thoroughly. So it was a no brainer to give him a call when my auto insurance policy was up for renewal to see if he could do better than what I had, and sure enough Scott came through again with more coverage at a cheaper rate than I was paying. If youre looking for a one stop shop for insurance coverage, trust me when I say Gilliland Insurance Group is in a class of their own, and I highly recommend them.

Erica Curtis I have had the privilege of working with Adam and Elizabeth many times over the past few years. I have referred multiple customers to them and Im always impressed with the knowledge, care, and concern they show the customer. J King Sara was recommended to us as a go to person for local insurance. She was a joy to work with. When an impending Hurricane closed all the new policies from being written just before we closed, Sara was on top of it getting our policy written as soon as the Insurance companies came back online. Not only did Sara go the extra mile, she was able to secure us better coverage at a much better price. You cant beat that combination. She is a sweetheart of a person as an extra bonus.
