Krizia Kiiara Jason was so wonderful to work with. Switching insurances was a hard choice for me to make, especially after being with one company for such a long time. But we worked together to choose the policy that would work best for me and he made sure to explain every part of it and answered all the questions I had. Right when I thought his service couldn’t get any better, it did. It was pouring rain when I was leaving and he escorted me out to my car with an umbrella. I’d recommend Nick Glaeser- State Farm to any and everyone I know!

Stephen Joseph Kantor Angie Hearl at Doug Croley, Gets my five star rating. Angie has been my go to person for all my insurance needs for the past eight years now. She’s extremely knowledgeable, and responsive to Questions I might have. Whenever I’ve called their office after hours, I always get a call back in record time from Angie, or At least someone from the Doug Crowley office to let me know they’re working on whatever I might need at that time. Now I don’t know how she does it, but I’ve compared side-by-side policies with other insurance carriers, and Angie has always come through for me, saving me thousands of dollars over the past eight years. Full exclosure, fortunately for me I haven’t had to make a claim, so I can’t speak about my experience there, but as far as finding an Insurance agent that is knowledgeable, hard-working, and there for you when you need them. I’m confident you won’t be sorry you called them.

Bruce Gifford When we dont have a problem we dont say much. One issue we did have and it was taken care of very quickly, was my lack of notification of credit card change to Allstate regarding the insurance on the Golf Cart. He was quick to notify me and I updated my card so Cart insurance could be paid.

Based on that, I contacted them and asked them to send me proposals for replacing my current HO insurance AND my auto policies. I had the good fortune to be helped by Sylvia, one of their senior account reps. Within 24 hours of my first call, she had sent me several options and choices. Most impressive was her knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and positive attitude in making sure I was comfortable with my final choices. I couldnt have asked for any better service, and look forward to a long relationship with Harbour.

Matthew Miller Mark is amazing and the rest of staff is very responsive.He is quick to get on the task whatever it may be. My field of work is not easy to find insurance for and Mark went above and beyond to help me out. Anytime I need anything he is right on it and responds within an hr. I would give 10 stars if possible!
