1 /5 Casey Young: Stay away from this company. They set me up with my insurance policy. They failed to ask questions that was necessary to have the right coverage. I insured a car that was not in my name (it was in my sons) my son was driving the car and got into an accident now the insurance company won’t pay because the car is not in my name this company never asked that question cause if they did I would of known either A I would of had to add my son or two would of registered it in my name. Here’s really why this company is a pos. I talked to Shelly they day I found out my insurance denied the claim she “tells” me Marc don’t work there anymore and she would have to listen to the call and would call me back weeks went by never heard from her the insurance company and myself had reached out many times and nothing wouldn’t return calls finally after many temps I get in touch with her and she was very rude tells me she’s not calling the insurance company and owning up to their mistake. Now I had to get a lawyer when there was really no need to all I wanted was my car to get fixed considering I was paying full coverage. Note to self never use third parties go right to the insurance company itself!
