Irardy Family Amy Morgan is the best. I called to inquire about homeowners insurance. EVERY single question I had was answered professionally and with kindness. Never once did I feel like I was asking too much or taking too much of Amys time. It was 4:30 in the afternoon as well and still I was made to feel as if I was their most important client. Kristine Slayton Kathy has been my insurance agent for all of my adult life. She has helped us with vehicles and homes, helping us to navigate what’s best for our family in our various stages of growth. Most recently she was my lifeline when I was pulled over by police and informed that my license was suspended due to an insurance matter. Kathy immediately started texting me all of the documentation showing that I had never lapsed, and she kept me calm, and she helped the officer and DMV discover that a previous company had reported me as uninsured when I switched companies. If you need an insurance expert, or someone who can give you options, or simply want to work with someone who truly cares about people and wants to see everyone taken care of, this is where you need to go for coverage.

DhAh Michelle and her team at Great Florida Ins (Gateway) are absolutely amazing. I have always been satisfied anytime I have reached out to them with questions or concerns. They have been more than helpful with not only filing claims on our behalf, but also helping us navigate the whole process. Tovah recently was extremely helpful with tracking down and advocating for us with an extra claim through NFIP after Hurricane Helene. I cannot recommend this office enough.
