SO very friendly, patient, kind, efficient, BEST service Ive ever received from a GEICO office! their manager was great too, we had really good conversation. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with the entire process. Based on this encounter, I will absolutely recommend GEICO to all of my friends/family. I really appreciated her kindness and I left the office feeling great about our encounter. 5 /5 Gracie Story: The Geico office in Tampa Florida is awesome. I received excellent service from Claribel M and her boss, Michael Birdwell. Great customer service! I had problems calling the 800 number and not getting any manager to return my calls. I went there in person and everything was cleared up by Monday. And it was a GEICO customer service employee that did something in error to cause the problem.
