1 /5 Peter Navarro: After my mother passed away, Andrea contacted the insurance company and responded by saying her policy would not be canceled until after 6 months from the time we spoke. I had to file a claim 5 months after we spoke and was told that there was a missed payment even though Andrea confirmed she was not told a payment needed to be made. The insurance company refused to pay for the claim. The owner, having this information, decided to side with the insurance company even though they were in the wrong. He was completely rude and unsympathetic. I would not recommend this insurance broker if it was the last one out there. They dropped the ball by not getting all the information from the insurance company even though that IS their job! Now I’m stuck with a huge bill and the owner could care less.

2 /5 David Wheelen: Dont expect to be treat with respect. They talk down to you and make you seem insignificant. Only reason I had anything to do with them was they are my only choice atm. Wouldnt have anything to do with them if I had a choice. Gave them 2 stars for giving an effort to do the insurance policy, but thats it.
