Russ Weller Dianne and Ive been customers of R.V. Johnson for 20 years now. Over that time, only two associates have been assigned to answer our questions and make sure we were adequately covered for homeowners, auto, umbrella, golf cart and valuables insurance. Both were knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Weve asked the same questions more than once. Neither have even flinched. And, its comforting to know that Rudy (the R in R.V.) is always available to advise, if needed. His two associates do just fine. Of course you have to do your part to get the special discounts. Recently I had a loss, and they come through for me. Right from the start, everyone was friendly and professional. The appraiser Ken, and the claims adjuster Kimberly, followed up throughout the process making it easy. I am very impressed with how organized and fast everything went. After being involved with another agency and due to their lack of involvement and communication my previous homeowners insurance was to be cancelled so I reached out to Rosa and right away she got involved and resolved the matter in a timely manner. Tammy Mauro I called with two questions about receiving benefits and the woman who I was stuck talking to was very hard to understand her english and did not answer the one question, instead read me the paragraph the question I had pertained to. The second question she told me she could not answer then asked me if she could help me with something else when she could not help me with what I needed. A different time two years ago, I was called and told they need to meet me about my policy. I took off work, drove 40 minutes away for them to try to get me to invest money, when I told them I do not have money they asked if I had control of anyone elses to invest. Very disappointed in a supposedly top notch company.
