1 /5 Charles W: The only reason Im giving one star is because. As I listened to the customer and the company on the bad reviews. I understand this company has a lot of great reviews. So please I just wanted to consider this company for my house. They need to put where you dont have to pick a star for someone just giving there opinion. So disregard the one star please. But I deal with customer all day everyday bad and good. But the response from the company is harsh. Yes I understand some customer can be rude. But when you respond to customers you must understand that even if you have all the proof. You cant put all the blame on them. Im sure this is a good company. But I cant see these responses coming from the owner. If it is thats not good.
