One issue we did have and it was taken care of very quickly, was my lack of notification of credit card change to Allstate regarding the insurance on the Golf Cart. He was quick to notify me and I updated my card so Cart insurance could be paid.

He, very easily, could have taken $250/month from my son over the next 3 years, for an SR-22 policy he didnt need, because my son was sorely misinformed by several people ... including those with the State. But, Mr. Horne knew it didnt sound right, told us as much, and we later found he was correct (after much persistence.) Thank you, Sir! We highly recommend his service....
