After being a loyal customer and trusting INSURICA with my insurance needs, I faced a challenge with an audit process that, according to them, involved multiple attempts to reach me—attempts that I never received. No voicemails, emails, texts, or even a formal letter arrived to notify me about the audit. Yet, instead of offering assistance to resolve this misunderstanding, they quickly handed my account over to collections, leaving me to face harsh demands without a chance to clarify or provide the necessary documentation. I approached INSURICA hoping for understanding and support, especially after a devastating period where my business suffered significant losses. Instead, I was met with a lack of empathy and a rigid approach that made an already difficult situation even more stressful. As a small business owner juggling everything from operations to customer care, I expected better from an insurance partner—someone who would be on my side and help navigate challenges like these. If you’re considering INSURICA for your insurance needs, please think twice. In my experience, they’ve demonstrated a lack of genuine concern for their clients, especially when we need help the most.
