5 /5 Zachary Pitchford: We use CFI for our business insurance (since reopening in winter 2019) and would for auto as well, but based on Johns recommendation, sticking with our current provider there. Because of this, our experience was much more personal then just another insurance sale. They reviewed our info and our current situation and coached and informed us based on that rather than their financial gain. When the time is right we will gladly move all our insurance needs over to John at CFI Partners. Highly recommend. It is definitely a laid back and critically thought out approach to providing insurance with our needs as priority. Agents in the past have shown frustration and confusion when needing to make changes to our plan when the needs arise to secure a job, but Johns approach is friendly and well thought out. 5/5 would recommend.
