I use Ammerman for my house, truck and motorcycle insurance needs. Marsha and her crew are willing to go the extra mile to find you exactly what you need insurance-wise. A special shout out to Amanda, who has really helped me stay ahead of my personal insurance situation. She will regard you as a person, not just a client.

1 /5 Gary Gordon: I have had this agency for 10+ years, never filed a claim or had any contact with them what so ever until recently. The contact came in the form of a letter indicated that my insurance company (Tower Hill) was reducing their exposure in Florida and would not be renewing my policy. This is not the fault of Ammerman but they gave me very short notice. After providing them (Ammerman) with a substantial amount of information, they informed me (again by letter) that they couldn’t find another insurance company that would provide me coverage because my roof was too old. They made no effort to work with me and between the lines told me to get lost. I have talked to several neighbors with similar experiences with Ammerman, thus me reason for my poor rating for them. Update, I got a new roof, a new insurance agent and new insurance coverage at about half the amount I was paying through Ammerman.
