I had spent the day shopping around for the best rate and felt like people were throwing numbers at me but explaining nothing. Kat was very straightforward in explaining the different policy - things- such that I cant say I understand insurance any more than I did before but I at least felt confident I was making the right choice going with StateFarm and the personal policy she worked out for me. Susan Chase I sold my property 4 months ago and have been trying to get refunded for my unused premium ever since. I sent them my closing statement promptly. After waiting over 2 months, I called my broker since they won’t talk directly to me. Without any notice to my broker they were holding the check to confirm the address the check should be mailed to. After confirming address, I waited another month and called my broker again only to find out they sent the check to an address I haven’t lived at for 3 years. Now I have to wait for check to be canceled and new check to be reissued. Is this company legitimate! Sounds like they are avoiding payout. I have always paid my premium in full and in a timely manner. They should have to pay me interest for holding onto my money for 4 months. They would have definitely charged me a late fee since they have charged all sorts of fees the 6 years I was with them and I have never put in a claim. With this treatment, I am so glad I never did. It would have been a nightmare. I never leave negative reviews but this is unacceptable. Beware.

After obtaining my 4-Point inspection and Wind mitigation report, Scott was able to provide us with same coverage for 60% less than out current policy. He provided honest, through customer service.
