1 /5 Dawn Wedgwood: Latoya is an adjuster with progressive. If you get this person for your adjuster immediately request a different person. Latoya is rude,confrontational,and simply a bully. She will hang up on you for asking questions. She doesnt take the clients version of the accident and definitely doesnt look out for the client. Im forced to continue to pay for my policy currently but will be definitely moving to a different insurance company after being a client for many years. Do not trust this company, Ive left many messages with her superiors to no avail. Disgusting company practices.

1 /5 Eli Towne: I was over charged ~$800 because a member of my household got a driving permit and was wrongly added to my policy. After I pointed out the mistake, they would not refund or credit me the ~$800. They clearly had no desire to retain me as a customer. I immediately got a new insurance company. My monthly rate is half what I was previously paying progressive with the same coverage.

1 /5 Mayra Makes It!: Do not recommend. We’ve been with them since 2016 and they randomly increased our insurance by $700 a month and we have no incidents , no tickets … their customer service was TERRIBLE .. and we’re switching

1 /5 Brandon Bartlett: Exhausted my funds after 1 ct scan after being hit from behind sitting at a stop light. Now I cant get any kind of help unless I pay outta pocket which I do every month paying this trash company
