Miriam Cisneros After I had a bad experience at a different Wells Fargo branch I decided to come in this branch and get my issue resolved, the other branch person was really rude and condescending told me I needed an appointment, my schedule is really tight so I could only do it that day, when I walked in I told them the situation and Zachary help me right away and got the issue resolved in about 5 minutes.

Calli girl This year tax experience has the best out of all the years Ive been doing them . Its all because norella she is truly the best . She does her job well. And listens and answer any kind of question you might have . You have went over and beyond. I hope Jackson Hewitt knows how lucky they are to have an employee like you. Darrell Reeder First I will say that the tellers and officers in Placerville get a 5 star rating. My family have been using the placerville B of As for over 65 years. A fue months ago the South West branch was closed with the Sacrament branch the last B of A in Placerville. We often due bank buisness on Saturdays, however the Sacramento branch is no longer open saturdays. About two weeks ago, while standing in line, I was informed I needed to start doing my banking buisness on line. I will not do my transactions on a computer any more due to security breaks and fraud. (I have tried using the banks ATM in the past with a check being lost for over two months befor they found it in the bottom of the ATM, thus I want a one on one with a living person for my banking needss.) How soon before we have to close our accounts and go back to cash only? Then how soon before cash will no longer be available? Darrell Reeder

Bryan Meyer They frequently dont deliver our mail and then send us a notification that they couldnt access our driveway. This is lie because they dont want to admit they arent capable of doing their jobs. USPS needs to be closed and the mail given to UPS and FEdex.

Ashley Goehring I Really like the service they provided.. There was a new teller at the desk that greeted me all friendly like and made me feel very welcome and then Brittany her coworker/manager ? Anyway they both were super nice and friendly, the best part that is not where the great service ended. My Teller was actually a younger gentleman very kind and was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process as I am 23 and new at learning about being an adult and where to start when it comes to financial responsibility.
