1 /5 Patty Nicodemus: This branch does not know what they are doing, telling us to do one thing and then making our rent payment late because of it. Cost my family 1100 because they tried to be sketchy with our money. Please protect your loved ones and go to the one on placerville drive

1 /5 Miriam Cisneros: I went in Monday because I needed to have my account merged I called customer service and they told me this could only be done at a branch when I walked in, they were not busy at all they had 3 people sitting there talking so I walked up to see if I can be helped. The person that helped me does not know about customer service, he was really condescending towards me and just really rude, he looked into my account and told me I needed an appointment and to come back a week later, I told him I can’t do that due to my work schedule, he then proceeded to tell me I should of called before coming in and check with them, I told him I will be going elsewhere so I went to a different branch and got help right away took about 5 minutes to get my issue resolved, this is not the first time this representative has been rude, I will never be coming back and definitely will not recommend this branch for family and friends.

1 /5 Marshall Hauck: If its convenient to your location, do business here if you must. Youll probably be fine most of the time. However , I will say that on multiple occasions I had quietly observed that this branch has unusually poor customer service. They treat customers like an annoyance or a nuisance. After a few rude experiences my wife actually refused to come here some time ago. I continue to stop by, but some of the entitled and condescending behavior of the staff has surprised me. I have in fact had quite positive interactions on a few occasions with staff as well. But the general customer service is far below most branches of Wells Fargo. Worth it to drive to another branch, such as Placerville Rd.
