His level of customer service went above and beyond other companies I have dealt with. Tim recently went to bat for me to help get a resolution with a company I ordered equipment from when they were unable to meet their original deadline. This was 4 months after my equipment purchase and he did not have to do this. With his help, I was able to get a resolution to my problem with the other company.
