1 /5 J Hu: If you are looking for a tax preparer, do not waste your time going here. They dont seem to want new business because over a 3 week period, I called 3 times, left 3 messages with a live person, and Ive never received a call back. I was told initially to talk to Annette. When I called the 3rd time and she actually took my call, she said I need to talk to someone else, who never called me back. Called another recommended company today, spoke directly to the CPA and got all the info I needed for him to do our simple, basic return. Now thats the service Im looking for.
