1 /5 Amber Bordelon: I personally hate this office. Typically, only 2-3 windows are open and they encourage to call and make an appt but yet you’re on hold over 3 hours. I would rather go to Merced if I could but can’t because I live in Madera county. It’s funny because the workers are actually really nice but to actually get in touch with anyone is basically a giant time waster.

1 /5 R N: I WOULD GIVE NO STAR, IF I COULD! Waited 73 minutes for an appointment. I arrived early and on time. Only one Agent available at this office that could perform the task that I needed to be completed. This agent was behind and no one else in this office could help me, because it is not their area of expertise.This is very poor service. Other clients arrived and left, because they were seen by other personnel that could perform their needed tasks. You are not allowed, by SSA, to make an appointment at another location, because apparently, SSA goes by county location. THIS IS AMERICA! WHERE IS MY FREEDOM OF CHOICE? I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO TO THE SSA OFFICE OF MY CHOICE, NOT WHERE IM TO DICTATED TO GO!!! Oh! By the way! You people have a job and income because of me! Very poor service from all of the personnel that work in this office, including the so-called Security Guard.

5 /5 Ann Braswell: I had a very pleasant experience! I didnt have an appointment and I was seen within about 30 minutes. They were all very nice and helpful.

1 /5 valta anderson: I have been trying to contact the Madera and Fresno Social Security Office to ask for an appointment now for 3 days and been on holding the phone for 2 to 4 hours and no agent comes on the line. How am I going to make an appointment, if I cant reach their offices? SSA Agents, where are you?

5 /5 Haylie Hernandez: Came in without an appointment and waited about an hour as a walk in. The guard at the door remained kind and helpful to everyone walking in, I commend his patience for repeating himself so kindly so many times. The person who helped me at the window was very kind and helpful. Busy building but the system works efficiently with people who care.
