1 /5 Patrick Delaney: Tried to switch to my wifes bank account for autopay after 5 yrs of using my account. Do not know why it wouldnt work but still didnt work after 3 different attempts. Offered to mail them the payment and they told me not to do it, they would get it worked out. Finally had to switch it back to my account to get them paid, then they reported me as 30 days delinquent to all agencies the day after I paid them. Asked them to remove it and they told me no, despite an excellent past payment history and proof that I had tried multiple times to pay them multiple different ways. Even tried using a debit card to pay them but they do not accept that method. They a heartless, soulless heathens.

1 /5 Ben Krohn: Automated phone service gives a 45 minute dissertation before you can chose any option. Options lead in endless circles. When you finally get someone on the phone, it quickly becomes clear that they dont give a damn about you. They are rude and calloused. Horrible business, I hope they go under so no one else has to deal with them. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!

1 /5 Adam Buske: This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with for the three months I have dealt with them. Their customer service is some of the worst ever. They are unresponsive, argumentative, not helpful and give you the run around when you can actually speak to someone. They bought out my loan from another company and I would have rather paid 1.5% more on apr through my credit Union. How these people are still in business is mind boggling. They messed up billing on my loan when they acquired it and then blamed me for not making the proper payment. When I called them I their mistake they refused to admit it on the recorded line and refused to send me a letter or notice saying what the issue was. Instead they sent me a letter saying I owed a payment. The only person that was helpful was a gal named Kristen. If she reads this, leave there quick and get a job at a better company. If I could give zero or negative stars I would.

1 /5 Tomas macedo: I have a mortgage with a different bank but i guess bsi bought my mortgage an now im with suck with them, i had some questions so i called the customer serves number an i try talking to a human it never happen they only have pre recorded automatic options

1 /5 Kim GodsChild: This company purchased my second mortgage and went after my house. The interest is unbelievable and they refused to modify at a rate I could afford. I am a senior citizen and had excellent credit. They put my home up for auction after many attempts to call, email, and modify.. all ignored. I had no recourse but to hire a very expensive attorney and file bankruptcy to save my home. They charged me $66,000 in late fees and asked for $12,5000 to stop it. Horrible company.
