2 /5 Lizzy Logan: While taking advantage of a sale, my card was blocked. I assume it was due to suspicious activity, I was making multiple transactions. However I did not receive the call that should have came, asking to confirm my purchases. Instead, my card remains blocked over the whole weekend, as the call center is not open over the weekend.
In my opinion, you should have a call center open 7 days a week for these kinds of issues. Now I am unable to use my card until Monday, and it is my only means of feeding my family. I appreciate the fraud detection system, but there needs to be follow through without leaving members high and dry for multiple days.
