3 /5 Laura W.: Its a credit union. They are in business to make money. If you use the atm to get your money out of the bank, it cost you $3. We have a car loan and a credit card from here. We had to borrow some cash from our credit card and it had a higher interest rate and when we went in to pay it back they refused to apply it to the higher interest rate loan of credit.

1 /5 Mitsubishi Starion: The reviews are bad for every location for a reason. Worst credit union I have ever used. They messed up the paper work several times, and it cost us time and money. Getting a hold of a manager is an absolute joke. Either they are in meetings, or you cant get a hold of them. When you do finally get to talk to a manager, they tell that they arent a manger for that department and tell you call a different manager that you cant get a hold of. The manager for that branch was completely unhelpful. I cannot believe how bad this company is.

1 /5 Jason Sams: Do not let your friends and family bank here! The customer service team is incompetent. I regrettably have a loan with Sierra Central and vow to never do business with them again. They have added more than a thousand dollars to our loan for insurance and continually add charges for insurance each month. I emailed Sierra at the "sierra@imcovered" email address four months ago to show proof of insurance. I have since called multiple times to have this taken care of with no avail. Each time I am promised they will contact my insurance to verify our policy and that they will follow up with me. They never do. They havent contacted my insurance nor do they ever follow up with me. This place is a joke and youre better off banking anywhere, I promise you.

2 /5 Lizzy Logan: While taking advantage of a sale, my card was blocked. I assume it was due to suspicious activity, I was making multiple transactions. However I did not receive the call that should have came, asking to confirm my purchases. Instead, my card remains blocked over the whole weekend, as the call center is not open over the weekend. In my opinion, you should have a call center open 7 days a week for these kinds of issues. Now I am unable to use my card until Monday, and it is my only means of feeding my family. I appreciate the fraud detection system, but there needs to be follow through without leaving members high and dry for multiple days.

5 /5 Ashley Goehring: I Really like the service they provided.. There was a new teller at the desk that greeted me all friendly like and made me feel very welcome and then Brittany her coworker/manager ? Anyway they both were super nice and friendly, the best part that is not where the great service ended. My Teller was actually a younger gentleman very kind and was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process as I am 23 and new at learning about being an adult and where to start when it comes to financial responsibility. Thank you all for your kind attitude!!! AMAZING
