Pooja Joshi Yoli is the best and so wonderful to work with. My fiance first met Yoli when she assisted in designing my engagement ring- She was patient and respectful of all of our decisions, while simultaneously giving us the best advice (without trying to upsell). She then helped us design our wedding bands. She put in so much detail and care, making sure everything was perfect before we took it home. Cannot recommend her enough and cant wait to go back and get my future jewelry from her too!

I love how Magda was honest enough to recommend that we see Caesar about a diamond to set. We missed him, but were blessed with guidance from his wife, Connie. You helped make the 10 worth it girl!! She was patient, and really wanted to know what I wanted, not just what they were "selling." She understood my vision, then helped me piece it together. Reminding me to not hold back, because theyre very accommodating. We decided on a set, along with a captivating chain link and diamond ring from the mens side. Like a glove!! Cecilia Wu John has been so amazing to work with! I had two loose diamonds that needed settings and he managed to make both designs come to life. He was able to size both rings fit perfectly in the first try and Ive gotten many compliments! John was extremely patient in the process and prices are more than reasonable for its craftsmanship and labor. I highly recommend him, truly in awe of his talent! Service and attention to detail is top notch!

Ive been bringing my diamond band here for years now for replacement, tightening and cleaning and have always been happy with their personalized & accommodating service and attention to detail. Nancy Selikoff Ophelia is the best! She is a pure joy to work with. I am a repeat customer and she has always gone above and beyond the expectations ..I have sent my ring to her over the years to be cleaned and maintained. This time, we changed the stone from a CZ to Lab Diamond. It was not possible to find an oval to fit my setting. I followed Ophelia’s advice and expertise and changed it to a round stone. She found a gorgeous stone. When it was ready, she told me the jeweler was not comfortable with how the ring was set. She then gave me a new setting (with 2 trillions) to assure its perfection. So not only did she completely replace the band for me, but did it extremely quickly . So to summarize, I have a completely New ring! Ophelia is honest, always reliable and above all communicates in a timely manner. The jewelry is gorgeous and fairly priced. The customer service is truly exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire process was smooth, thoughtful and enjoyable from start to finish .. I give Ophelia and the company a 10 out of 10! - a true gem in every sense.
