We did a yellow diamond, which was a bit more challenging. Linda and her team were patient, knowledgeable, meticulous, discerning, and budget conscious. I wanted to be very hands on during the process, and they not only embraced that, but guided and educated me along the way. When you spend a lot on something, you want to walk away feeling like you selected the right path; I am certain that I did by going with Carats & Stones. My fiancée and I are thrilled with the result, love that its unique to us, and enjoy popping in to the charming boutique to see their other beautiful creations whenever we can.

Sabrina Richter I loved spending time in this unique shop! Stepping into the space, I was instantly relaxed with the light scent of incense and the thoughtful displays. The jewelry and art was very original, and the owner was sweet and fun to talk to. It was cool watching her work on a new piece of art and I ended up buying some beautiful earrings for a new friend, and a playful necklace for myself.

Da Empress Chao I came in to get a written appraisal for a gold chain we had concerns about, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The woman who helped us was incredibly helpful, spoke Spanish (which made the process even more comfortable for us), and took her time checking not just the chain, but multiple other items we brought in. She was honest, knowledgeable, and made us feel respected and welcomed the entire time. I really appreciated her patience and transparency. Ayush Paudel Went to get a new battery put in my watch . The person couldn’t put the watch back together then and had to wait for more than a week because they had to order a new washer. Zero communication from their side during this entire period. Also was charged when told that I wouldn’t be because of the inconvenience.
