Cathy Morris I was greeted nicely when I entered the lobby. There were about a half of a dozen or more people ahead of me and was told I had a twenty minute wait. I was called within ten minutes, the woman who took my information was very nice, professional personable and knowledgeable. She got me out of there in a timely manner. I would go back to them again if I am in that area and need to use their services.

marisela pantoja Robyn and Angela are amazing! They have been helpful in every possible way. They are kind and they always make sure their customers are taken care of. I honestly can’t compare their services to other agencies because there is no other like them who truly care. They make the process easy by always explaining things, being attentive, making payments, and by also being fast in responding!!! I give them a big 10 for their customer service!!!

Vicky Quinto Jacklyns team is AMAZING. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. Jeremy helped me with some changes to my car policy, and it was such a pleasure working with him because he is super organized and on top of things. He is a great asset to the team.

Ana Warriner Don’t do business with this insurance broker!! We had been with them for over fifteen years, and they never notified us that we were going to be dropped from our homeowners insurance. Mind you, they learn two months prior that you will be dropped from the insurance company. They called back with a quote DOUBLE THE AMOUNT that I was quoted from another broker. The funny part was that it was the same insurance company that now covers us. So it was all lies from this company !! If I could give this company a negative zero, I would!
