1 /5 Ana Warriner: Don’t do business with this insurance broker!! We had been with them for over fifteen years, and they never notified us that we were going to be dropped from our homeowners insurance. Mind you, they learn two months prior that you will be dropped from the insurance company. They called back with a quote DOUBLE THE AMOUNT that I was quoted from another broker. The funny part was that it was the same insurance company that now covers us. So it was all lies from this company !! If I could give this company a negative zero, I would!

1 /5 Amir Dehbozorgi: Beware… we have been working with this office for over 20 years… once Ed Left and handed the reigns the new agent has done nothing but give us problems… to the point of no return… just an example of the lack of professionalism. Again, We’ve been with this office for 20 years and the lack of professionalism is appalling. He they didn’t care about us after 20 years imagine how he would treat you.

1 /5 C mor: Terribly disorganized. I was looking to potentially change ALL of my policies (Auto, Condo, Umbrella, Flood & Earthquake) yet I couldnt even get an agent on the line. Receptionist transferred me to Jose - no answer, straight to voicemail. Then transferred me to Melissa - same story. Tried to get ahold of this location for two days in a row and never even had anyone take my information. Really tried helping the local businesses, but not going to beg them to take my money.
