1 /5 Meely B’Deely: Started my policy at $180 (which was already high, but I got a new vehicle), somehow jumped to $221 (I figured "inflation" and I moved to a nicer zip code), and now its spiked to $251. I have nothing on my record. My vehicle was HEAVILY vandalized by my ex in April of 2023, the insurance agent was not helpful at all. I tried to file a claim, which I ended up not pursuing and just taking care of myself. My agent NEVER responded to my emails or phone calls after this time. After our initial phone call, it was the first and last time I had heard from her ever. Due to this experience and sky-high prices, I have officially cancelled my policy. The best solution is to just walk away.

1 /5 Logan Adams: I wish I could score this place lower. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and just trying to get my claim adjusted to get my car fixed has been absolute hell. Absolutely terrible company even after getting bought out. I hope you guys fail and go under you deserve it.

1 /5 Stevie Inghram: Esurance is an absolute and utter ABOMINATION! I’m surprised they haven’t had a class action lawsuit against them. Who wants to start one? I submitted a claim about 6-weeks ago and had very little contact with the adjuster assigned to the claim, Kendall Grace. It took them 4-5 weeks to get an appraiser out to look at my car and tell me it was just normal wear & tear when I ran over a large tree branch at 60 mph hour (which couldn’t be avoided on the highway) due to a sandstorm in Arizona which knocked my car out of alignment. They looked at the car and decided it was just normal wear & tear rather than actually driving the car to determine that it’s out of alignment. Absolutely horrendous customer service and treatment. I pay $7000+ a year for this insurance and this is the treatment I get? Absolutely vile, dispensable, and unethical business practices at this joke or a company. Don’t EVER trust these criminals. Class action anyone?

1 /5 Curran John “Hypno Llama”: I was a customer for 11 years. Over the years I even looked and found some lower quotes but stuck with Esurance because I never had an issue. Then someone ran into me. They were at fault. The other party admitted to the officer, the other party was cited for failure to yield, a police report was issued. But the driver of the other car filed a claim with my insurance right away. I filed a claim with their insurance. I noticed right away that the other insurance company I was working with seemed to be objective and very straight forward. Meanwhile my Esurances person was very much not believing me when I told them I wasnt at fault. She responded with things like "Well see" after I told them that the other driver was ticketed and their was a police report. But that wasnt a deal breaker because ultimately the two insurance companies figured it out and I was rewarded my deductible back. Well when it came time for a policy renewal they certainly punished me for having a claim on me even though I wasnt at fault. My bill significantly went up, after 11 years of flawless driving record and I wasnt even at fault. If it would have been a little I might have understood but the increase was so high that it was clear that they downright did not want me as a customer anymore. The worst part is I immediately started calling other insurance companies for quotes and I was receiving quotes that were approx half of what esurance was wanting to renew me at. I feel stupid for those 11 years with Esurance now. Very few times in life do I regret giving my money to a business but this one I absolutely regret. Shame on you for screwing over a long time customer.

1 /5 Charlie G: If you are involved in a car accident and you are at fault. Perhaps maybe you think you are at fault and the other party hits and runs the scene. You are better off filling a hit and run with no information of the other party. The reason why is they don’t care if the person hits you and ran away the scene. They will blame you. I hope this helps someone. I hate insurance companies. I think they are a fraud. The reason why is the insurance company won’t bother with the fact that the person left the scene. They will most likely say that’s something the police department deals with. Focusing on the “facts and rules” of the road. Again only if you think you are at fault or were at fault. In the long run just file as a hit and run with a story that doesn’t make you at fault. I hope this helps someone. This happened in California. Also, my adjuster didn’t bother to contact a witness because she said I was at fault. I said even if that’s true your job is to try to protect/defend me. I tried to point out that all the facts are required
