Ashley Burkett Very convenient in a timely manner. I was first skeptical about going through Insurance because back in the day it would take forever you had to mail your phone and now Assurant partners with other phone companies such as Batteries Plus to fix my phone screen. Batteries Plus was literally right down the road and fixed it at 5:00 p.m. in the evening. I am extremely satisfied. I only had to pay a $29 deductible. I had insurance covered on my phone so not sure why I had to pay something but I was willing to pay it gladly.

Meg Fried Gina is so good that I asked her if I could take her with me to So. CA when I purchased a new home. I gave her my new address and in just a couple of hours she had written a proposal. Every time I have needed help with anything she has responded quickly. I value her opinion when I don’t understand something or need to make a decision. Jerry Glade I was referred to TWFG Insurance Services when I became unhappy with my current Insurance Provider. Billy Glasspole handled both my Vehicles and Homeowner Insurance in a very Professional Way. I forgot to add the lien holder information for my car. I contacted Billy and he was right on it. Im very impressed with the service that I have received from TWFG Insurance and would recommend them to everyone of my Friends.

Octavius Blackwood Avoid This Agency! If I could give zero stars, I would. William W. White Insurance Agency took it upon themselves to initiate a commercial vehicle policy with Progressive Insurance without my authorization after Allstate informed me in October 2023 that they wouldn’t renew my policy in 2024. I had already secured coverage with Mercury on November 15, 2023, and even sent the agency an extra month’s payment. Now, for nearly a year, I’ve been harassed by Progressive Insurance and a collection agency (Caine & Weiner) over a policy I never agreed to. Despite reaching out to both Mr. and Mrs. White on March 27, 2025, I have yet to receive any response or effort from them to resolve this issue. I strongly advise against doing business with this agency. Their lack of communication and questionable practices have caused me unnecessary stress and financial trouble.
