She always tell me if I have questions to always feel free to call that make me feel welcome and warmth. The rest of the staff we’re very easy to approach and had the smiling faces to welcome you in this beautiful place, clean, and spacious. All I can say is highly recommendable and a must to visit. The manager Lucy is very supportive and helpful as well. Overall impression “excellent service and people oriented with the eagerness to help all their customers.

Kimberly Sims Office was closed when I stopped by, but Ben, who was on site, very graciously sat down with me and took the time to answer all my initial questions. I subsequently received a lightning-fast email follow-up connecting me to Michelle, the specialist agent for the particular policy required. Due to the holiday, Michelle was also working from a "closed" office, but immediately followed up with application forms, and took the time to answer additional question in a long phone conversation. She is also extremely knowledgable and delightfully personable. Thank you Ben and Michelle for an exceptional experience.
