I was immediately put in contact with Kelly who sent me the application and followed up with me. Really great customer service and a one stop shop for business insurance needs.

Everyone in the office has years and years of insurance experience and is able to draw on a breadth of insurance products tailored to my needs. I am not a number and it is clear they care about my business. They are easy to get a hold of on the phone and respond quickly on emails. Kelly is a superstar! She must work 24x7 because no matter the time of day, she emails me back immediately and is just a fountain of knowledge. It is clear that doing a great job providing the insurance protection her clients is very important to her. I also love the occasional hand written post cards and thank yous from the office. These personal touches are so cool.

1 /5 John: Safeco stopped insuring my home and they said I was on my own and gave me some referrals to try myself. It ended up other insurance agents were more than willing to help me find homeowners coverage. Now my Auto is coming due and I requested that they get other quotes and they never responded back and it turns out theSafeco quote is more than double other rates. So if you want a company that will do nothing for you other than collect fees they’re perfect! John

5 /5 Maria Fennell: I was thoroughly impressed with Aloha West Insurance. I was referred by my CPA, Adam Hoover. He said Steve was excellent and he was right. I called Steve Webber on Friday, December 30th for health insurance. He called me back that same day and set aside time to talk to me on the next day, a Saturday. Not just any Saturday, this was the last day to make my selection in order for my coverage to be effective on Jan 1st. It was already a busy day for Steve and he made the time to fit me in, he took his time and wasnt rushed at all. He helped me go through the options and had some thoughtful insights I hadnt thought about.
