Starting with office manager Monica who explained in detail what steps I needed to take before even making an appointment with them. She explained and outlined what Medicare didn’t! Anna, WOW, I felt like I was at the doctor. She took my whole history, even asking about traveling plans. Then sat with me and explained all the different options for medical, Rx, dental and eye health. Then picked what she thought suited me most and explained in detail why. How refreshing!!!
