Kimberly Sims Office was closed when I stopped by, but Ben, who was on site, very graciously sat down with me and took the time to answer all my initial questions. I subsequently received a lightning-fast email follow-up connecting me to Michelle, the specialist agent for the particular policy required. Due to the holiday, Michelle was also working from a "closed" office, but immediately followed up with application forms, and took the time to answer additional question in a long phone conversation. She is also extremely knowledgable and delightfully personable. Thank you Ben and Michelle for an exceptional experience.

Shelley Woollard Charles adopted us into his Farmers family many years ago after our long term Insurance Co. dropped us for filing a claim. Their office staff is warm and friendly and treat us like family. They are great about checking in to see how they can best accommodate our ever changing needs and securing the best bang for the buck.
