Farmers Insurance - Maria Haro - Visalia (CA)

1 /5 Patricia Ramos: I have had this insurance for many years now. My brother recently added his girlfriend to his policy but since we both had my moms address they added her to mine as well , although I have had my home insurance and have been living at my own house for the past two years. So now they want to charge me $296.84 extra when Its only me driving both of my cars. Helen and Maria have been really helpful but Laura is so rude and sent me a text message being sarcastic. I asked for Corp info so I can try to appeal because this is not my fault nor should I have to pay that balance and she replied "Sure..." if this was the systems fault and I had called ahead of time since this isnt the first time I get over charged with no refund this is something they should fix.

1 /5 Megan Herrera: Absolutely garbage for auto insurance. I returned to them after 6 years with AAA after they quoted me a lower cost. They have lied to me 2 times in the last month and this unprofessional behavior is what made me switch the last time. Will be going elsewhere again. Shame on me, I guess, for expecting competence and integrity from the staff.

1 /5 Noelle Ahedo: Way overpriced. $100 for liability coverage after I removed a car my insurance was bumped up $40 without them disclosing thats what would happen. And I have a good driving record!
