Jessica Dishmon Michael Short is definitely a great agent. He is professional, personable, knowledgeable, honest, quick and efficient. He answers my calls and questions within a very reasonable amount of time; Usually within less than a 1-2 hour time period. He is always helpful and recently he provided me with useful information regarding my car insurance needs. Andrew Eastham Mike Smith took over when my State Farm agent of many years retired. He and his staff have been helpful and friendly. Yvonne Gray in particular went above and beyond by personally photographing the roof of my house in S.L.O. when that was necessary to address concerns and I was out of state and unable to do so.

Jimbo Cochran Craig is great! Ive called different insurance companies to get quotes and nobody could beat my Mercury auto insurance (so much for all of those commercials on TV). When we sat down to review my policy with Mercury, he was able to save me even more money by adjusting coverage to suit my needs on my cars. I guess I didnt need comprehensive coverage on my 91 Toyota pick up with almost 300,000 miles on it. Doh!

Andrea’s customer service has been less than desirable over the last year. She is not responsive and does not communicate well. I sent her a request for follow up on a Monday, I sent a subsequent request the following day in which she acknowledged and said she’d get back to me, it’s Thursday with no response!! Unacceptable
