5 /5 Nancy Gugliemotto: My husband and I have been working with the State Farm Insurance agency in Foster city since we moved from Ohio to California in 1977. We have never experienced better service than what we receive from Nony, Carol and their staff. We have moved several times and have continued to stay with this Agency, remotely. They are always there to help us when we have an issue and are very knowledgeable on all aspects of our insurance policies. We have all of our insurance policies with State Farm insurance. Most of the time we work with Carol Spurlock, who is exemplary in the way she communicates and works through problems. She will always take the extra step to help you out, even though it means extra work for her she should be commended for her outstanding performance.

I am happy to report that we still get the best value with State Farm. Laura has been extremely helpful and patient with us, as we contemplating different changes to our coverage and policy. She always gets back to our questions quickly and explains everything very clearly. We plan to stay with Nony’s team for many years to come.

She chased down my correct contact information, proactively called me, gave me all the information needed to file my claim, coordinated speaking with the other insurance agency when I didnt have access to their site, walked me through the process and requirements for submitting forms to the DMV-- and so much more. I would give her 20 stars if I could. Thanks, Carol! While I dont want to be in another accident, I cant wait to work with you again.
