Socal909 YZ Ive been trying to reach Crump & Davis since May of 2020. Im trying to get a refund for a policy that I renewed with a different company and crump & davis did not return my refund. If you call the number it just tells you the mailbox is full. this has been acceptable for a insurance company do not be responsive

Carlos and his team are always extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Most of the time when I call their office one of them will pick up the phone almost immediately -- I am unaccustomed to such great service anymore (as most of us could probably attest to), and am very grateful for their ongoing support. When I have a request it is usually handled same day. I have many policies through Carlos agency and would never consider looking elsewhere. Looking forward to the next 25 years!!
