5 /5 Crystal Cowan: If I could give Matt and team 10 stars I would! I have been his client for 20+ years. He has always gone above and beyond any company I have ever dealt with. Being involved in any company for that long you will find something that bothers you. I have never had a bad experience with Matt and his team! He is very professional and genuine. My family was involved in an accident a few years ago and he reached out to me immediately and made sure we were all good emotionally and physically before he asked any insurance related questions. He really care about his clients. He honestly does everything in his power to give the best rates and does what is best for each individual. My adult daughter also uses Matt now, her husband is beside himself of what great service they receive. To sum up Matt is honest, genuine, reliable, professional and very caring.

5 /5 Michael Holtz: I signed up for insurance with Matt about 4 years ago. He is always very responsive, when I send him a question, no matter if it is a text, email or call. Great service, competitive price and always very friendly, helpful and welcoming, when you drop by his office. Very happy with State Farm and Matt is a great agent. Today I texted him that I needed to update my policy. He called me got the information and had the updated policy emailed to me in like 20 minutes. Great service. Definitely recommend.

5 /5 Leata Moore: Matthew Hawkins is not just a great agent but a great human being. I was with All-State when I received a notice in the mail from State Farm with Matthews picture on it. I called, we met, went over my auto, and home insurance and I immediately dropped All-State and went with State Farm. He was personable and on top of every quirie I had on the policies I was getting. He is always available and takes the time to help me whenever I need his help. My daughter also has auto insurance through State Farm because of Matthew Hawkins.
