Jen K We have been clients of this insurance agency well before it was acquired by the current owner/manager Karol Payne. We have good records and did not have to deal with her before. However, we were recently rear ended by no fault of our own. During the claims process we received little to no support as clients of Karol and her team. We were left to deal with the other insurance company on our own. Due to this lack of support and misinformation directly from Karol and this agency we are now personally responsible for nearly $1000 in costs as a result of being rear ended! If you are looking for an insurance agent that is going to look after your best interests, you are not going to find one here. Karol refused to take any responsibility for what happened and even told us that if she were in our position she would be looking for another agent as well. There are many people and places to get insurance from and I would recommend you look elsewhere for yours.

Crystal Cowan If I could give Matt and team 10 stars I would! I have been his client for 20+ years. He has always gone above and beyond any company I have ever dealt with. Being involved in any company for that long you will find something that bothers you. I have never had a bad experience with Matt and his team! He is very professional and genuine. My family was involved in an accident a few years ago and he reached out to me immediately and made sure we were all good emotionally and physically before he asked any insurance related questions. He really care about his clients. He honestly does everything in his power to give the best rates and does what is best for each individual. My adult daughter also uses Matt now, her husband is beside himself of what great service they receive. To sum up Matt is honest, genuine, reliable, professional and very caring.

Amy G. T. Would not recommend. After my 6 month coverage is over i will be getting coverage elsewhere. They sent me to collections because supposedly they continued to cover me even though i didnt pay for that month and they even sent me a paper saying they would not cover me. Yet they sent me to collections for being covered. Rediculous. I even have a 6 month coverage and they still charged me for another account. Dont get this insurance. They will steal from you.
