1 /5 Teresita Ortega: Kemper auto insurance Infinity, is the worst insurance that exists in the market, from the lack of respect for the clients to the lack of professionalism. Their agents do not solve anything for you because they never answer the calls and do not call you back, the clients spend years paying for car insurance and when the client needs the insurance to answer they do not. Oscar Rosa Hispanic is the worst, Oscar Rosas supervisor did not answer my messages, they sent me a letter after three weeks to tell me that they did not approve my claim. If one day only Kamper auto insurance remains, as the only insurance company, I prefer to be left without a car. I know that there are many people who think the same as me.

1 /5 Vicky Crossman: This insurance company is the worse I have ever dealt with. They should be prosecuted. They lied about the rates and coverages I only had insurance with them for 2 months and charged me $700 and I have no tickets or accidents ever. Then they sent me a notice of collection for $55 some collection company in New Jersey. I had cancelled them by phone which wasnt easy because you can never get a live customer service rep or if you do they keep transferring you and get nowhere. Terrible awful company! Save yourself the grief. I even reported them to the insurance commissioner.

1 /5 Sarah Layla Violet: Please do not get Infinity Insurance from any location. The company steals from their customers and lie about coverage. They will cancel your policy without notice and still charge your bank. They will take your money away. They are a corrupt company. They should be held accountable for their actions and legal action should be taken.

1 /5 Mike rodriguez: Infinity insurance is horrible. They don’t appreciate loyal customers. They don’t communicate or have things in order to better help their customers. I wish I would have read their reviews prior to starting a policy with them. Im not one to complain but I feel that this review is necessary to better inform any future policy holders. This review is not specifically for this branch, it is for Infinity insurance in general. HORRIBLE!

2 /5 Amy G. T.: Would not recommend. After my 6 month coverage is over i will be getting coverage elsewhere. They sent me to collections because supposedly they continued to cover me even though i didnt pay for that month and they even sent me a paper saying they would not cover me. Yet they sent me to collections for being covered. Rediculous. I even have a 6 month coverage and they still charged me for another account. Dont get this insurance. They will steal from you.
