I went into their office in person about three weeks before my policy was supposed to be renewed, Ask the customer representative to go ahead and cancel My policy. She took photocopies of my letter and was told that it will be canceled prior to my renew at the end of the month. Not only it was not canceled. I was automatically charged for the policy. As a small business owner we had several different policies with them but going forward I will have to find A new agency to work with.
