I went into their office in person about three weeks before my policy was supposed to be renewed, Ask the customer representative to go ahead and cancel My policy. She took photocopies of my letter and was told that it will be canceled prior to my renew at the end of the month. Not only it was not canceled. I was automatically charged for the policy. As a small business owner we had several different policies with them but going forward I will have to find A new agency to work with.

1 /5 Anto Sattah: I got a commercial auto insurance through this agency I canceled the insurance after couple month and my struggle began when I tried to get this insurance policy canceled and to get my financed loan to be closed. it took me since August 2024 till January 2025 to get over with the commercial auto insurance policy. my problem was in communication. Sam Siador who starts my policy. when it comes to open or start new policy, he is very responsive and helpful, but its a nightmare to have him communicate when it comes to cancelation. I had to call almost every day to ask questions whom no one was able to answer but him and he never answered me or even tried to call me back or explain to his coworkers what was going on with the policy and the finance agency. I had to call the financing agency to answer my questions. in conclusion its a good agency when it comes to your regular auto insurance but stay away if you wanna open commercial auto insurance...I had the worst experience ever with them.
