I was all day on the phone to trying to find out what was the best for my budget, but he covered it very well step-by-step explaining to me what the cost and what is my coverage. The lady that helped Eliana Cortez she went above and beyond to make sure I got all the help she even offered to help me pay for my registration reinstatement fee so I wouldn’t have to go do it separately. She was very nice to me and very knowledgeable and she made me feel like I was a valued customer. She went above and beyond what she needed to do for the job this lady she definitely knows what she’s doing and she knows how to treat people very well. I would recommend this place to my friends. She’s the best agent I’ve ever had for insurance i’ve had other agents from different insurance companies that basically just try to force you off the phone and only do the bare minimum It was exact opposite with her She was willing to do anything to help me.
