1 /5 Loveand Lettered: I called this place to ask if my current plan fully covers the engine issue with my 4 MONTH YEAR OLD (recently purchased) vehicle and was told Yes. Confirmed with the mechanic what I was told and they told me that AUL WARRANTY MAXED OUT AT $4,000 and that it was a total of $7,000 to cover total costs for repair. Leaving me to pay $3,000 OUT OF POCKET !!! AUL WARRANTY MAXED OUT AT $4,000 - MEANING I NO LONGER HAVE A 2 YEAR WARRANTY COVERAGE PLAN if I were to have any further future issues. The crazy thing is AUL WAS NEVER GOING TO CONTACT ME TO TELL ME THEY MAXED OUT. DO NOT TRUST DEALERSHIPS THAT SELL THIS WARRANTY. Very crooked.

5 /5 Joaquin Saldana: We are a dealer and we sell AUL warranties. I have never had a warranty company really stand behind their service like AUL. While other warranty companies fight us on coverage. This company says it will be covered, they will cover it 100%!! I have this on my vehicles.

1 /5 verjaka 38: I paid $3,000 for the warranty for my truck after 5 years I made my first claim it was the passenger mirror, the parking brake and a problem with the 4wd and guess what only the mirror was covered the deductible was $100 and the cost of the mirror was $100 I started checking peoples reviews same problem they dont want to fix anything so I gave the amount of $3,000 to the AUL company I advise you not to be fooled by the dealer salesmen do not buy that warranty I hope many people can read this review they simply say we cant do anything! DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY! !!!!!!!SCAM!!!!! !!AUL CORP!!!!!!

1 /5 Zac Slovarp: Stay away from this outfit. What a waste of my hard earned money. Just submitted my first claim in 4 years after spending thousands on a lifetime warranty; 7 weeks in the shop and they hardly covered a thing. What a racket. Based on my unacceptable experience, I requested a cancellation of my policy and they directed me back to the dealer where I purchased my vehicle (likely because they hold a good chunk of the profit as well). When you go to request a refund they play games with their pro-rate. I paid for a "lifetime/150k" warranty and with only 48k on the clock youd think youd get ~2/3 of your warranty back. Nope. Not even half. Apparently the lifetime of a vehicle is 7 years. How convenient. When you call their customer service I always get the vibe that Im calling some random individual sitting on their couch at home half listening because they are probably busy selling my information online while I ask for help. Absolutely terrible. Dont even get me started on their roadside/towing... what a joke

1 /5 Derick Cannon: Shady AF!! They refused to honor the warranty I purchased on my used vehicle. (BMW) I was forced to trade my vehicle in, and sustained a major loss because I could not afford repairs. I recommend consumers and auto dealerships stay away from this company. Lawsuit waiting to happen.
