He has helped finding best options for my needs and saving my premiums. He is very friendly and patient. Jeff Sinfuego has also been very instrumental in helping our insurance needs. All in all, I would highly recommend Jeff’s office and Edgar as a good agent.

Alex Obispo Not a good choice , and I learned it the hard way. Just when I needed an urgent help in updating our store information, I cannot get help with any live person. And their AI support suck! Customers need to speak with a live person for christ sake. I used both the phone and chat to ask for support. Both had a messaging that their phone support and chat are closed when I am reaching out on the Thursday (7/10) at 2PM in Alabama. Common start working please. Your support should be opened monday - friday 8am to 5pm CST. This is the worst customer service I ever had with any insurance companies. For sure I will plan to move.
