Fred Loya Insurance - Visalia (CA)

2 /5 Doyle Davis: I like the overall service of Loya. However, for my needs the coverage was lacking. I have travel trailer(s) and require insurance on them. Loya could not provide that coverage. So I needed to transfer to a provider that could service all my needs.

1 /5 Angelica Sanchez: I think Fred loyal insurance is not a good one to be with. The fact that I file a claim of a hit and run in march 15, 2025. And the only they said that my estimate is 1,900.00 no way my truck from the back is worth that but, as soon as I am done with this claim of my truck I am going to another auto insurance. And my truck is a 2024. So I recommend not to go to this auto insurance because they won’t fix it for you. Plus you have 2,000 deductible.

1 /5 Keisha Bryant: Pray youre never hit by one of their insureds!! Claims department is the worst. Adjuster sounded like he was answering his personal phone every time I called and had no interest in assisting me. Asked to speak with a manager, got his voicemail, left a message, and no one called me back. He would then not answer my calls when I called. They will not pay in full for a rental although their insured is at fault. Supplemental department is hard to reach for the collision department to get approval for extra fees needed. Adjusters number is now a busy signal when I call. Went to the local office and she laughed when I said this company is the worst. There was nothing she could do to help but say shell send my name and claim number to her manager and they would ask claims to call me so I can retrieve my now finished car that I cant get back until the Supplemental department approves the final bill. Awful Awful Awful...oh did I say Awful! Use your own insurance and have them fight with them to just get your deductible back...so regret going through FRED LOYA.

5 /5 Sam Viscarra: The ladies that work at Fred loya Insurance. Are friendly and passionate. They take the time to explain. Whatever you dont understand. And when comes to to pay They honest it wont overcharge you. Not even 1 penny. That way, I go to them for insurance. Because honestly is a quality hard to find.
