I recently got into an accident, first time and very shaken up. I called his office and let his secretary, Lety, know what happened. She gave me instructions on what info I needed from the other driver and other helpful tips. She also let Brian know what happened and where I was. Brian came to my rescue that day because he showed up at the accident site and stayed with me to make sure I was ok. He even drove me home and also went back to my car to make sure everything with the tow truck went well. I am so grateful to have a kind, caring, and professional agent such as Brian.
