Camille Runnels The level of service is truly extraordinary! Not only is Jason very knowledgeable about the best option for my needs, but I trust his ability to do what is right for me and my family. Jason is always available to review policies, questions, etc. Jason went above and beyond to find us a policy that would cover our needs. I had received other quotes and Jason was able to review them and make adjustments based on our needs (adding/reducing, etc.). He worked diligently to get quotes from several different companies which I appreciated immensely. As previously mentioned, Jason makes me feel comfortable I have the insurance needs necessary to be alright should something catastrophic happen. I do not worry about my insurance needs because I know Jason would never steer me in the wrong direction. He is genuinely invested in each of his customers and I would recommend him to anyone.

Eduardo Garcia I walked in just to get a quote. I wanted to compare it against my current provider. (it never hurts to search). The lady in the office was very welcoming and hospitable. She was able to give me a few prices from different companies and was very informative into what they provide. I was unaware of the different coverages that they have available. I was so amazed by her helpfulness and transparency that, my wife and I, switched companies that same day. She even helped us cancel my old insurance company. Theyre always willing to answer any question, I have and will always recommend them to my friends and family.

Caitlin Lhommeau We couldnt more highly recommend Geoff and Karen to help with your insurance needs. They have fair policies on paper, and when you need to actually use them, Geoff and Karen are there to help you. My husband was in a car accident last year. Everyone was okay, but its a huge inconvenience. Geoff and Karen helped us get the process started quickly. The car was evaluated within days. State Farm took care of the rest, including receiving payment from the at-fault drivers insurance company. We have also had our home insurance policies through them in the past. Geoff went up and above to communicate with escrow, loan, and real estate agents to make sure we had the correct coverage. Really bummed State Farm is no longer offering home insurance policies in California. Our new company makes us feel like were on trial just getting the policy finalized(makes me fear for ever needing to use it..). Basically, call Geoff and Karen for your insurance needs. Theyre friendly and honest. Theyve been through all our big life moments and they ease your mind that, even if things go wrong, youll be taken care of.
