They have fair policies on paper, and when you need to actually use them, Geoff and Karen are there to help you. My husband was in a car accident last year. Everyone was okay, but its a huge inconvenience. Geoff and Karen helped us get the process started quickly. The car was evaluated within days. State Farm took care of the rest, including receiving payment from the at-fault drivers insurance company. We have also had our home insurance policies through them in the past. Geoff went up and above to communicate with escrow, loan, and real estate agents to make sure we had the correct coverage. Really bummed State Farm is no longer offering home insurance policies in California. Our new company makes us feel like were on trial just getting the policy finalized(makes me fear for ever needing to use it..). Basically, call Geoff and Karen for your insurance needs. Theyre friendly and honest. Theyve been through all our big life moments and they ease your mind that, even if things go wrong, youll be taken care of.

She was very thorough in explaining important insurance offerings to me and super responsive along the way. And, not to mention -- just a really nice human being! Geoff also reached out to introduce himself and offer his support as we were being onboarded as a new client. While we didnt expect him to do that-- I appreciated the extra care and service! We had frank discussions during the recovery process and in the end, when I didnt see eye-to-eye-with my adjuster, I had logic, trust and Geoff on my side.
