Whether its been auto, umbrella, or the current hellscape of California home insurance, its always been super smooth. Weve also had to switch/cancel some policies over the years due to changing needs and it was always handled without any hassle as well. Highly recommended!

1 /5 Jonathan: UPDATE: William, thank you for responding as I almost forgot to mention one thing to all prospecting clients: when William dropped us as his agent in the middle of our transaction, we called the carrier he recommended directly. They referred me to a different agent and this agent was able to get me THE SAME policy from THE SAME carrier for hundreds of dollars less. Sometimes things happen for a reason and we are glad William decided to treat us the way he did otherwise we wouldnt have known he was just going to upcharge us! I guess all that "professional hard work" he was referring to really comes at a premium..! ORIGINAL POST: Condensing, unprofessional, do not approach William unless you have money in your pocket to immediately hand over to him as if you make him wait for even a single day he will void your agreement and deny your insurance coverage. Please go elsewhere for a PROFESSIONAL business insurance broker.

You can tell they really care about doing right by their clients, and it shows in the attention to detail and the way they follow through. Their expertise with apartment buildings, in particular, has been a huge plus for us as property owners. It’s rare to find a broker who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, but that’s exactly what we found here. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Alexander Nadal: Ive been working with Will on commercial and residential insurance policies for a few years, and I can say he is the best. Two years ago, I had a cancellation of an insurance policy on a commercial property in LA, that is when I first reached out to Will. Will was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and was able to find me a competitive policy from Chubb. Recently Will was beyond helpful in advising me on residential insurance for a home purchase during escrow, and helped me find a policy that would satisfy the bank. In general, he provides great personalized care and I trust his guidance as I know he has the clients best interest at the top of mind. He will tell you if its better to keep an existing policy or if he thinks he can do better. Definitely go to him for any insurance needs!

5 /5 Alex Lyapustin: Y’all may know that it’s been a very challenging environment to get home insurance in California. Whether your place is in a high risk area or not, insurance companies seem to treat you and charge you like it’s already on fire and sliding off of a cliff into the Pacific. This was happening to me a few years ago, and I feel myself very fortunate to have found William and Broadway Insurance agency. Right away, he found a plan that saved me at least 20% on what I was paying, and when it was time for renewal, he found another that saved another 20%. I found him to be very responsive and diligent and just on top of it. Highly recommended
